Managing

High Growth

What is High Growth? OK lets explain what we mean by a high growth business. This on itself is a little tricky as there is no established definition of what constitutes a High Growth Business. The most commonly used term is that of a “Gazelle” company. This was coined by David Birch's of the USA from his 1979 report  "The Job Generation Process," To him a high-growth company was defined as one that grows revenues by at least 20% annually for four years or more, starting from a revenue base of at least $1 million. This growth pace means that the company has effectively doubled its revenues in less than 4 years.

More Recently in the UK the Government has latched on to the rate of 20% per annum being the definition of a High Growth company and its Grant support for smaller business has been based on qualifying companies growing in excess of this rate.

Our web site will explain in more detail the various ways in which you can take our services,  useful information on issues specific to High Growth businesses, advance notice of our seminar programme and resources helpful to running a High Growth business.
